1. What is it you exactly offer?
We don’t feel like there’s a one size fit all solution for any business. We evaluate your business and things you’ve done in the past; and based on that we will make a series of recommendations on how we can help your beauty salon become more successful. After you’re done talking to one of our nerds, you’ll have a great idea of what your potential opportunities are and where we’ll come in to help. Just some of the services we offer are;

2. How much do you guys charge?
Our fees start at $79 a month. After we agree upon a monthly fee and terms of what we’ll support you with; we promise to never nickel and dime you or try to up sell you on anything you don’t need. There will be no additional charges for adding content, making changes to content, or getting assistance in managing your website. Everything will be done by us at that agreed upon rate. Should you request significant physical changes to the platform that would require the time of our developers, we will notify you of alternative options or what the customization costs would be ahead of time. Our goal is to be affordable, and convenient for our customers.
3. How are you offering such services at a low price point?
I get it. With everything we’re offering you’re thinking that we’re either a) lying through our teeth or b) providing sub-par services. In actuality we’re gambling on the fact that the services we are providing will make such a significant difference to your bottom line that you’ll never want to leave us. We don’t believe in a revolving door of customers, and we’re far more interested in building long term relationships. When our product delivers the results we expect it to; you will then become a raving fan and odds are it’ll be unlikely you’ll leave us. We give you a good service at an affordable cost; and you get more business and stay with us in the long run.
4. Will I be able to make changes to my own website?
Absolutely. You’ll have access to the back panel of your website and more importantly you’ll have access to us. If you get stuck making a change or have a hard time adding an image; just call or email us and we’ll take care of it for you.
5. What makes Salon Nerds better than everyone else out there?
For one, you’ll definitely enjoy talking to us. We understand your industry and we understand marketing. We did our homework before entering the hair salon and spa industry and we can confidently tell you there’s nothing like us out there. There are some website providers that seem to be trying to outdo each other on who offers the lowest price point; but there’s really no true marketing company that will take a step back and tell you how we’re going to increase revenue with your website. That’s where we come in.
Having a website is only a small piece of the puzzle. In working with our marketing nerds, you’ll quickly learn how we’re not only web experts, but more so marketing guru’s. 6. Can I use my existing domain name with your system?
Absolutely. If you have ownership of your domain name, we’ll help you point it over to your new Salon Nerd website. We’ll never ask you to transfer ownership of your domain over to us either. We recommend our customers to purchase and maintain ownership of their domains so they don’t end up being SOL’d should they decide to change web providers.
7. Is there a trial offer?
Unfortunately no there is not. Unlike most companies out there that offer basic and out dated website templates; we are quite a bit more sophisticated and picky when it comes to designing your website. Hair Stylists have an eye for design and so their website should reflect that. So what you’re getting from us is a semi-customizable website for only a fraction of the cost. We’re betting on our ability to deliver you results, in turn making you want to stay with us for the long run.
